All items are wrapped securely in plastic before being packaged securely and shipped via Singapore Postal Service through air delivery. We ensure a return address on all outgoing package. We ship within 48 hours of receiving your confirmed order with payment. Delivery duration will depend on destination. We ship to all countries around the world.
Shipping to a Different Address
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. At shipping page of checkout, simply choose the different stored address in your account or input a new one.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
The recipient will be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and amount will vary according to your local tax system. We are unable to provide this information for you at checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
Insurance
Maki Squarepatch will not be responsibility for damages to packages upon arrival or loss of packages by the postal service. Therefore, you are strongly advised to insure your items. Insurance is available at $10 for every $300 worth of goods purchased (amount excludes shipping). This amount will be configured at the checkout for your convenience.

Economy Mail Shipping Rates
(subjected to changes depending on fluctuations in Singapore Post shipping rates and exchange rate)
We will be happy to offer economy mail shipping rate as well but it will take around 6 – 8 weeks to reach you depending on where you are. Economy mail rate is about 1/3 – 1/2 of airmail rates and it will include tracking and delivery confirmation. For this option, kindly use appropriate checkout as we will invoice you upon receiving the confirmation of your order.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express through Paypal. This payment option is available for all customers. We also accept bank to bank transfer only for Singaporean customers. Both options are available at checkout.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your checkout process. Your purchase will be processed and mailed out within 48 hours after completion of payment. For payment via bank transfer, you will be given 3 days to complete the payment through bank transfer. Your items will be put on hold until the completion of payment. If payment is not complete, the items will be put back on the website for sale.
